Terms and conditions of Rebalance Massage Treatments

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of massage therapy services by Rebalance Massage (“Therapist/Practice”) to clients (“Client(s)”).
By booking a massage therapy session with Rebalance Massage, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
1.1. Rebalance Massage offers professional massage therapy services aimed at promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
1.2. The specific type of massage therapy, duration, and techniques used will be agreed upon between the Client and Rebalance Massage before the commencement of each session.

2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about their health history, including any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect the massage therapy session.
2.2. The Client agrees to disclose any changes in their health status or medical conditions that may arise before or during the massage therapy session.
2.3. The Client understands that it is their responsibility to inform Rebalance Massage of any discomfort or pain experienced during the massage therapy session.
2.4. Pregnancy Massage Eligibility: Clients booking a pregnancy massage confirm that they are at least 12 weeks pregnant. Rebalance Massage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if this condition is not met.

3. Confidentiality
3.1. Rebalance Massage agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all information disclosed by the Client during the course of the massage therapy sessions, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. Any personal information provided by the Client will be handled in accordance with Rebalance Massage’s privacy policy.
3.3. Use of the Rebalance Massage website is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data, cookies, and analytical tools are used.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
4.1. The Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full charge of the scheduled session.
4.2. Rescheduling: We offer one (1) complimentary reschedule per booking, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
4.3. Refunds & Administrative Fees: All client-initiated cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative and service fee, which is deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers non-recoverable payment processing costs and the administrative labor required to process the refund and update our booking system.
4.4. Credit Alternative: To avoid the 5% administrative fee, clients may choose to retain the full balance as Account Credit for a future booking.

5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment for massage therapy services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon between the Client and Rebalance Massage.
5.2. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards.

6. Gift Vouchers
6.1. Rebalance Massage offers gift vouchers for massage therapy sessions.
6.2. Vouchers are valid for a specified period and non-refundable.
6.3. To redeem, clients must present the voucher at booking.
6.4. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
6.5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.6. Not applicable with other promotions.
6.7. Rebalance Massage reserves the right to amend voucher terms.

7. Discount Codes
7.1. Rebalance Massage may offer discount codes for massage therapy services.
7.2. Discount codes must be entered at the time of booking and are subject to expiration dates and other terms specified by Rebalance Massage.
7.3. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

8. Age Restriction
8.1. Massage therapy services provided by Rebalance Massage are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
8.2. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide written consent before receiving massage therapy services.

9. Code of Conduct
9.1. The Client agrees to behave respectfully and courteously towards Rebalance Massage and other clients at all times.
9.2. Any inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the massage therapy session.

10. Liability
10.1. The Client understands and agrees that massage therapy involves inherent risks, including but not limited to soreness and temporary discomfort. The massage therapist is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after the massage session.
10.2. The Client agrees to release and hold harmless the massage therapist from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the massage therapy services.
10.3. The Client acknowledges that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and that they should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

11. Amendments
11.1. Rebalance Massage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be noted on the website.
11.2. Rebalance Massage reserves the right to change prices and services offered at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

14. Loyalty Program
14.1 Rebalance Massage may offer a loyalty program (Rebalance Rewards) to clients as a benefit for repeat visits.
14.2 Participation in the program is automatic; points accumulate with each visit (1 point per €5 spent).
14.3 Rewards are tiered as follows: 150 points (€20 off), 250 points (€35 off), and 350 points (€50 off).
14.4 Redemption Rules: Rewards are limited to one per appointment and cannot be combined with other offers or package pricing. Rewards are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
14.5 Rebalance Massage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, including the points system and rewards structure, without prior notice.
14.6 In the event the loyalty program is discontinued, any unredeemed points may be forfeited, unless Rebalance Massage chooses, at its discretion, to offer a pro-rated discount or alternative benefit for points already earned.
14.7 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Introduction

3. Ordering

3.2 When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.
3.3 Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and us will occur when we dispatch the products to you. Only the products listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
3.4 Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. Refunds exclude shipping costs.
6.2 The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
